Panneer Tikka Recipe

One of my favourite ....
Have wondered many times if I can prepare this all by myself !!

Here are the raw stock required to produce this film ...
During the post production , be ready with the following things :

1 Large block of Paneer cut into equal cubes
1 onion cut into same equal size square
1 Capsicum cut into same equal size square
1 Tomato cut into same equal size square
1 packet thick curd
1 packet Tandoori powder
1 packet Ginger Garlic Paste
1 packet Jeera Powder
1 Packet Chat masala powder
salt
Chilly powder
And a heart to love this cooking :P

We need to make a paste , which is the most and the most important thing in this .
If we make this nice, then we have won the match ....

To make the paste :

Add all these in a pan and mix it well :

1/2 cup Curd
2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 tsp Tandoori powder
1 tsp jeera powder
2 tsp Chaat masala powder
Salt to taste
Red chili Powder to taste

Post Mixing and Dubbing:

Mix all ingredients for paste and keep aside.
Add the left marinade to the vegetables.
Brush the marinade to the paneer and keep everything like this for one hour ....

By now our fate is ready .
Now we move on to the next and final mixing and re-recording .....

Screening

There we are ....
Dosa pan or any other pan ...
Take it , put some oil.
Place all the cut pieces like this in a metal or wood rod
fry it up.....

You can also fry it without oil , by showing it directly to fire .
I felt frying without oil tasted much better ...

And the Oscar goes to .........

Why should girls have all the fun ?

:)

Love Cooking
Its an art :)
Only few can be good at it :)
